    Top row with brighter lighting is before, right after I tore my rotator cuff and bulked up about ~10lbs to 173. Darker bottom pictures are after cycle and PCT weighing 194 currently.

    Cycle

    Test E: 250mg e/w 6 weeks, 500mg e/w 6 weeks
    SD Kicker: 20/30/30
    Epistane on End: 40/40/50/50/50
    Arimidex: .5mg ed after stopping SD(started eod, think maybe was underdosed)

    PCT
    Clomid: 50/50/50/50
    Arimidex : .5/.5/.5/1/1/1
    DPol Powder: 1 scoop in morning ed

    Staples

    Multivitamin
    Glucosamine/MSM
    Fish Oil
    CoQ 10
    Organ Shield(while on SD and Epi)
    Syntha-6 Protein(higher calories)

    Lifts
    Sadly I don't have lifts for before cycle because I wasn't maxing at the time since I had just come off my injury pretty recently, so for befores I'll put my maxes before I tore my rotator cuff. On cycle I was actually benching 315 for max, this is strangely the only lift that dropped after cycle, still squatting and deadlifting numbers shown. Here are the numbers:

    Bench - 245/275lbs
    Squat - 385/405lbs
    Deadlift - 425/455lbs

    Summary
    Goal was dirty bulk. In the first half I ate 4000 calories a day, 4500 after I hit about 195(~8 weeks), protein at 200g ed whole time, really high carbs. I started at 173lbs, got up to 205, and lost 10lbs water weight at the end in PCT. I know it was estrogen bloat I lost because I dropped ~2" off my waist. I know I've gained some fat and I'm bulky right now, but I'm happy with how I look and I don't feel like I'm fat at this point. I'd guess I'm at about 15-16% if I had to put a number on it.

    Sides were mild. After I stopped SD I had nipple sensitivity and some small bumps under nipples, I took 20mg Nolva ed for 1 week and then started Arimidex at .5 eod, the bumps went down but still had nip sensitivity so I switched to .5 Arimidex ed and it was all good after that. At about 7-8 weeks I started getting some shoulder/upper back/upper arm acne which is going away now but was getting pretty bad near end of the cycle. Had a great sense of well being the whole time, really didn't want to come off ever lol.

    I think the SD was the major mass builder of the cycle, I gained about 20lbs in those first 3 weeks. Being on test though, I believe, gave me better overall body composition changes than running prohormones or DS alone ever has. The Epistane was unbelievable for strength, my lifts went through the roof and I gained about 8lbs on it.

    My focus has been on chest and arms because I feel those were my weak points, but now I think I'm getting near where I would call them strong points. Also sorry I didn't take any leg pics it's something I need to start doing.

    If there's anything anyone wants to know I may have left out just ask I'm pretty forgetful.

    Looks good, IMHO run the test the same the whole time. Test at 500mg for 12 weeks is great.

    Yeah I should've ran it 500 the whole time, original plan was 250 keep it low, and of course I said fk it and upped it. Should've known I would do that lol.
