I am currently on TRT Test C at 180 mg per week with a 2x 500IU HCG per week. 3 MG of Anastrozole per week. Labs are good all around, 900's total and 350's Free, E2 and E3 in range, RBC in range, and I feel good. I have moved from 175 to 195lbs body weight in about 11 months.
Diet is good: no alcohol, high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs, supplements are typical: D3, Multivitamin, Magnesium, Fish Oil, Creatine Mono (3 g per day), ON Protein 2-3 xED, Oxy Elite Pro when needed.
Workouts are steady, reps 10-12 down to 6-8 Chest, Back, Legs, Legs (hams/calves) OFF, Off, repeat
I am debating a cycle of 400 MG or 500 MG per week for X weeks. I would prefer the 400 (or less) vs. 500 but many here seem to suggest 500.
Given my body weight (195) and height 6' 4" I am hoping 400 would be good to run a "first" cycle.
Also, length seems to vary widely, from 10 weeks to 16 weeks. I have read a multitude of logs and no one every really addresses cycle length with the exception of some linkage to a particular AAS.
My goals are maximize muscle gain (obviously).
Any other concerns I need to be aware of in light of my experience with TRT to date?
I plan to start in August 2013.
