Test Cypo 400 vs. 500

    Arrow Test Cypo 400 vs. 500


    I am currently on TRT Test C at 180 mg per week with a 2x 500IU HCG per week. 3 MG of Anastrozole per week. Labs are good all around, 900's total and 350's Free, E2 and E3 in range, RBC in range, and I feel good. I have moved from 175 to 195lbs body weight in about 11 months.

    Diet is good: no alcohol, high protein, moderate fat, moderate carbs, supplements are typical: D3, Multivitamin, Magnesium, Fish Oil, Creatine Mono (3 g per day), ON Protein 2-3 xED, Oxy Elite Pro when needed.

    Workouts are steady, reps 10-12 down to 6-8 Chest, Back, Legs, Legs (hams/calves) OFF, Off, repeat

    I am debating a cycle of 400 MG or 500 MG per week for X weeks. I would prefer the 400 (or less) vs. 500 but many here seem to suggest 500.

    Given my body weight (195) and height 6' 4" I am hoping 400 would be good to run a "first" cycle.

    Also, length seems to vary widely, from 10 weeks to 16 weeks. I have read a multitude of logs and no one every really addresses cycle length with the exception of some linkage to a particular AAS.

    My goals are maximize muscle gain (obviously).

    Any other concerns I need to be aware of in light of my experience with TRT to date?

    I plan to start in August 2013.

    400 is plenty. 12 weeks is also plenty. No need to go with a bigger dose than your comfortable with and honestly, it's 100mgs. It's not going to be a huge difference anyway.

    I experimented with 250 all the way up to 750. My sweet spot was in the 400-500 range. Truthfully though, I don't thing 500 did anything more than 400.
    750 turned me into a bloated pig, total waste of juice for those10 days.
    I never commit to a firm mg's or # of weeks. You can experiment until you find your sweet spot. It's all about maximizing goals and minimizing product.

    Yeah, I agree. My sweet spot is about 500mgs per week too. Anything more and I had more sides than gains. I've always maintained that 500mgs will get you to 95% of your genetic potential.

    im an absolute water buffalo at 750mgs even on 50mgs exem a day (split into morning and afternoon doses)

    Okay, sounds like 400 may be a target, but now I am think about 300 or 350. Dang, this really is an art......

    Try it, adjust if you want. Not everyone wants to test the more is better theory. You'd be happy at 3 or 350. You're going to feel really good with the test. I was whistling and smiling all the time. Well being I believe its called.

    Always start low if its your first, cycling up isnt very difficult. Im doing 16w of 400 a week, fat loss libido and no bloat. Youre going to grow and love, there is always time to add to your next cycle since I doubt you will do one and never want to again.

    A friend of mine recently confessed he had tired a cycle with something calla Triblend (??) and his blood pressure went out the roof. He had to stop it was so bad. I will keep a close watch on mine and will add that risk to my checklist.

    Blends suck big time, total waste of time IMO. So many esters attached its hard to maintain blood levels. Anyways man 400mg for 12 weeks will bet you some solid gains.

    Keep your water hi and run an AI, also do a lot of low intensity cardio to sweat, I bloat easy and If I get lazy blood pressure goes way high. Gladly sacrifice a little gain to do the cardio and sweat out water to drop BP.

    400 is all you need. That is as high as I ever go anymore. I have used 400 and 500 in the same cycle. I didn't see much of a difference at 500 so I dont see the point of going that high when 400 works well.

    The consensus seems to be that there is little difference between 400mg and 500mg per week, but how much of a difference is there between 200 and 400/wk? I'm currently on 200mg cyp /wk TRT and have been considering a mild blast of 400 over 10 weeks. I'm curious about other's experiences and what to expect. Sorry if my question distracts from the OP but it seemed relevant to the topic. Thanks!

    Depends on your goals. 200 isn't that much above trt. 400 is

    For me 400 is a lot stronger than 200.
