I know it comes down to mostly diet/training, but my questions concern the anabolic dosing scheme.
Background info: Carb cycling. 3 days over maintenance. 2-3 days maintenance. 1-2 days below maintenance. Doing 20 min jogging as soon as I wake up on non-lifting days. Might change it to lifting days too. I dont get fat anywhere except my ****king gut, and it goes on my love handles FIRST!!!! This is my first run with tren. Taking Caber .25mg 2x a week, along with B-6 daily.
Test E @200mg/week for 18-20 weeks
Tren E @400/mg week for 18-20 weeks. (was at 350mg for 4 weeks).
Currently: Im in week 5 right now. Strength gains are noticeable. Only sides seem to be night sweats and mild irritability (but I can be moody even without anything so its hard to say). I think there is size gain, need to actually begin using the scale. I hate being a slave to the scale so I try not to use it.
I want to keep the test low to keep the sides low, but does anybody think there is a merit in bumping the test for more gains? I might increase the tren to 500.
I will be crusing on test e @ 300-500mg/week after this cycle.
