Now I've seen a lot of people get bashed for wanting to get on the juice when they obviously weren't ready for it, sometimes people are genuine in their concern for the poster's well-being and other times people take the elitist stand point and want to come across as high and mighty because they know so much more and are so much more experienced and the poster is just an idiot. Maybe you're coming from a place of concern or maybe from a place of arrogance. I'm thinking it's more the former. So stick around and help a brotha out. We may not agree on this issue man, but I gotta say, I really appreciate you stating your opinion in such a civil way. I will definitely be around to support wherever I can and get help on my journey as well!

Right on...I have no problem with disagreeing, it's actually a big part of my job lol. And I'm glad to see you'll stick around because when I was talking about others being able to learn from your knowledge, yeah, I was mostly speaking of myself. ;-)

    Now...about those abs.

I have a very bad habit of arguing... I'm an attorney. *ducks for cover*

My abs aren't so hot these days. Work and stress got to me, but I'm back in the swing of things so I'll be back to update my progress. Going to keep pushing this thing until I'm another Alberto Nunez.

I'm definitely in on that thread if you're going to log it. Sometimes life happens and things aren't as ideal as we'd like them to be. The hard part is realizing that we can do something about it, and then DOING something about it. I've slowly worked up to that point but am full-blown motivated now thanks to this community. I'm 35 and am determined to make the most of my youthful years while I have them.

Owlicks, I feel comfortable saying that your goals are not shared by the majority of the steroid using community. I highly doubt that SP is trying to compete.

Haters gonna hate, I'm gonna keep pushing. About 4 years ago I was a scrawny 120lbs and I built about 50lbs naturally and I got to a point where after researching I felt comfortable doing a cycle, that's my choice I'm a grown man. Thanks to the people who backed me up. Anyway Wednesday was my birthday and I had a great back workout!

    Day 26 - Wednesday

    SD: 30mg
    Workout: Back
    PRs: Deadlift - 425x1
    Weight: 191
Notes: Pulled 425 pretty easily, form wasn't 100% but wasn't horrible either. Pretty typical of a first time DL max I think. Killed back it's really sore still now.

    Day 27 - Thursday

    SD: 30mg
    Workout: Arms
    PRs: None
    Weight: Not recorded
Notes: Best arm workout I have had in a LONG time. Tried out an FST-7 style workout for the first time with bis and tris(did 2 exercises for bis, 2 for tris each 4 sets then did cable curls for 7 sets of 8-12 and pushdowns for 7 sets of 8-12) it was the best pump I think I've ever had. Very awesome definitely going to try it out on my other workouts. FST-7 may become a permanent part of my routine

Yeah man FST is awesome, forces so much blood into the muscle. During your rest periods of your 7 sets try flexing for a rest then stretch for a rest. It's painful but awesome

    Will definitely try this.

    Day 29 - Saturday

    Test E: 250mg
    SD: 30mg
    Workout: Shoulders
PRs: Seated BB Sh Press - 185x1
    BB Shrugs - 315x4
    Weight: Not recorded
Notes: Great workout, my shoulder does seem to be a little better than a week ago but I'm fairly certain it's an impingement. Only exercises it actually ever hurts on are pec flys and lateral raises, and only if I go heavy. So on those exercises I'll probably start going very light for high reps. Did machine shoulder presses for FST-7 today which was awesome, best shoulder pumps I've ever had felt like boulders lol. I actually wanted to do machine laterals for FST because I need bigger side delts but where I can do DB laterals light with no pain, I can't do machine laterals at all it hurts no matter what so thought it better to avoid them. Also today is the last day of SD.

PROGRESS! Taken in better lighting than earlier pics as well:

Stomach is definitely looking soft, planning on increasing cardio to hopefully prevent too much fat gain. Also before I was planning on just keeping my arimidex handy in case I had any estro sides but I've decided I'm going to dose it Mon, Wed, Fri at .5 for prevention instead now that the SD isn't going to be drying me out anymore.

Weight is still at 191, hoping to see steady gains through the last 2 months, of course not expecting as much as during the SD.

Also was forced to switch shifts at work so now lost my workout partner that I only had for one week, but at least I set a bench PR during that week! I may have another person I can workout with on this shift but he hasn't been going to the gym lately so we'll see if I can get him off his lazy a$$.

    Day 31 - Monday

    SD: 30mg
    Workout: Legs
    PRs: None
    Weight: 191
Notes: Keeping things fairly moderate for a little bit, left shoulder is killing me I may go to the dr and get it looked at since this has been an on and off problem for pretty much as long as I've lifted. I can't imagine them telling me to do anything other than take a week or two off the gym and take Xmg of ibuprofen though. I'm guessing it's because of the quick strength gains on cycle but it does always seem to get worse when I'm on.

It's tuesday today, pinned 250 in left glute, hardest spot such a pain. Off day tuesday now, but will be working out friday to make up for it.

He's going to school right now, last time I talked to him he said he's not sure if he's ever gonna run a cycle again. He's still hittin' the gym though, all leaned up.

This week hasn't been going very well, I've been out of the gym because of appointments and getting work done on my car, not anticipated. Try to hit everything I missed light on the weekend at least, it's probably good for my shoulder to have this longer rest though and then get back at it so I'm not gonna sweat it. Monday I have an annual dr appointment so I'll bring up my shoulder so I can find out how serious this is, but I think I'm gonna be alright it seems a little better now than last weekend.

Get it looked into. Couldn't hurt any and its free. You never know if one of the ligaments be damaged or something else going on with supraspinatus, infraspintas, teres minor, subscapularis etc.

Just seen and heard of a lot of issues people didn't know they had. Minor issues being something more.

    Hoping for the best though

Pinned left glute today, getting better at it but still hard to pin using only my left hand. Tried reaching around my back with right hand but couldn't reach. Also I don't know if I'm tensing up or what but it takes a lot of pressure to break skin with the needle whenever I do glutes(1" 25g).

I'm running, almost, the exact same cycle except using TEST-C at a 400mg per week. Am curious have you found itself easily agitated or angered more than normal? I sure have.

Not really, maybe a little in week 3 and 4 of the SD but I've also had some stress with a few personal things lately so its hard to say.

So you started your AI at week 5? I am also planning on running my first cycle and I'm doing Superdrol 1-4 and Test E 1-12. I'm going to run Aromasin 10mg EOD throughout my whole cycle 1-12. Good luck on the rest of your cycle.

There's no point in running an AI if you are running SD, the SD will dry you out.

Good luck on your cycle too bro
