I've been working out for a solid 3 years straight, i've done bulking and cutting cycles twice already (drug free). now, after my 3rd bulk, i've been trying to cut up again. the problem is i lose too much muscle when cutting ( i have VERY POOR genetics most likely a mix between endo and ecto very minimal facial hair, and thin body hair).
My first option was to use natty booster, however NONE are available from where i am from no pure DAAs found here just the blends that IMO suck, and wasting money is not an option for me anymore.
end of bulk: 85kg (187lbs)
after 3rd week of cut: 79.5kg (174.9lbs)
Body fat: ~12-13% (4 pack visible)
for the diet i used the Modified warrior(cuz this diet really fits my work environment)
pre cardio: whey
meal 1 whey/skimmed yogurt
meal 2 whey and almonds
pre whey with oats
post whey with 25g glucose
MEAL: 800g chicken breast, 5 egg whites, raw spinach carrots and other veg
Brown rice ( 200g, 100g, none) High, Med, Low carb days
that's ~300g protein
i tend to stay low on carbs since i am very sensitive to them.
The program i'm using is HIIT 100s program and do cardio in the morning.
i have 2-ish options:
test E or other steroids
anavar here is cheap as S**T for a month's supply seems to good to be true.
test E cycle could be cheaper but more legit IMO
for PCT "the guys" said that they will provide it but i'm not sure what it is haven't asked if it isn't clomid, nolva, etc etc. then i will not take anavar or test e. (really scared of gyno, saw pics before!!)
with test e i was thinking of taking an average dose 250mg-500mg split 2x a week. then cutting up with the DIET and WORKOUT! DIET AND WORKOUT.
but i really want to maintain and probably add LBM, sick and tired of spending soo much money on food and supps and just losing it all, i have until the end of Feb!
nothing extreme tho!
what can you experienced guys recommend?
