I was looking for opinions on what I've been recommended for my second cycle. My trainer is an IBFF pro bodybuilder and has recommended I run DECA 200mg + SUST 250mg EOD - (1ml of each mixed EOD) for 6 weeks + Nolvadex 25mg ed and then appropriate amounts for pct.
I'm 25, 187lbs training for 10years+ now. Made and kept some great gains on my first 10week cycle of Dbol + SUST + Test Cypionate. 15lbs of kept gains.
My nutrition is fairly strict. 45% carbs 35% protein 20% fats @ 3500 calories per day. I always eat clean, rarely have cheat meals. Maybe once a fortnight I'll have a lasagne or something!!
I also have a strict training regime and train 4-5 days a week.
I was wondering if the amounts I've been recommended are too much, and whether I could maybe take 2/3s of the dose and still see adequate gains?
Thoughts most welcome, if I've left anything out that you need to know - please ask.
