    Sustanon 300 and anadrol winter bulk!


    On monday this week i started my winter bulk. Ill be pinning 150mg Sustanon 300 EOD for a total of 16 weeks. Mon wed fri sun one week then tues thurs and sat the next. That equates to 600mg one week and 450mg the next then repeat. i also have 50 tabs of anadrol which i also started on monday. i will be dosing these at one tab daily for the first two weeks and then two per day the last two weeks or so until theyre finished. Im trying to source some injectable winstrol for the last six weeks but all depending on availability. This is my first injectable cycle as i have been all natty up untill this point. I am currently ramping up my calories to around 3000 - 3500 per day by sunday this week. My stats are 180 lbs (82kg) 14% BF and about a year back training (Had surgery on my back last year and was out for quite awhile)and about two years training before my surgery. Ill be following a FST-7 style training routine. Ill be dosing erase to try and eliminate bloat and any excess estrogen and if that doesnt work i have armidex on hand ( i have three bottles of erase on hand so i might as well use them ). For PCT ill be doing clomid at 100/50/50/25 as awell as endosurge and if i didnt use armidex throughout cycle to combat sides ill use that up during PCT to reduce estrogen rebound. Anyone see any problems with my layout?? Ill try to update daily with workouts and calories. ill try to get some starting pics up at some point over the next few days.

    All in all considering i only had four hours sleep after a 13 hour night shift last night i think todays workout went quite well. Calories for the day were 2934. Felt sick off eating this much food in a 8 hour window but i didnt get out of bed till 130pm and will be in bed before 10pm. its my third injection today and my delts are still quite sore so ill have to get my girlfriend to stick it in the glutes. no sides as of yet but im up 3lbs since monday which is probably just a bit of water and glycogen.

    When you break it down it's weak. I did a complete breakdown in one of these threads a few weeks ago. You'd be much better off with some combination of Test E and Test Prop, dumping the ester-heavy sustanon. Don't forget that Sustanon was developed for TRT patients who were too lazy to inject once a week, so they "invented" a c ocktail of short/very long esters that would give the patient a little bit of test pinning once a month. You'll eventually build up some depot and start to have a TRT+ level of test, but nothing to get excited about. You're basically living off the prop EOD.

    Yeah I'm not a big fan of the multi ester test blends but since I'm working in quite a remote area it's not that easy to get your hands on much. I was chasing test e for a few months before finally settling on sus. I know it's weak due to the ester weight in it but that's why I decided to go for a 16 week cycle instead of the 12 weeks most people go by. I know there's 74mg of ester in 1ml sus250 but I can't seem to find the ester breakdown of sus300. Even if it's as high as 100mg per 300mg I'll still be getting 400mg of test right?

    Yes and no. Without breaking it down (I'm just too lazy at the moment) you'll get the bulk with the prop for the two days, then live off the next injection for the prop. So the longer estered test will eventually build up over time, but it's the prop that'll give you what you need. In other words, if you only did one injection a week, you'd get your high on Monday and Tuesday, then taper off dramatically until next Monday. So if you broke it down to let's say 300 Sust = 170 suspension (I'm just making this number up) you'd get maybe 120 on Monday and Tuesday, and only 50 the rest of the week. With your frequent injections, you'd compensate for the tapering off. You'll be fine, I just really dislike Sustanon, but given your situation I'd do the same thing.

    Just curious, you're not in the Outback working, are you?

    Yeah I figured that the short esters would be where i would get most from but in running the longer cycle I thought it would give enough time to let the longer esters to build up in my blood and start doing their thing

    Not quite the outback but it's not that far off. I'm in a mining town that's about 150miles away from the nearest decent town / city on the coast.

Might try and eat a bit more before bed tonight. Pinned 150mg of sus and took 1 anadrol tab. Am starting to get a few pimples but nothing really notable at this point. I'm quite surprised that I haven't started to bloat as of yet from the anadrol. From what I've read it gets quite bad quite quick. Maybe I'm just not prone to it ??

    Diet was good today. I had to rely on some shakes I made with whey, oats, natty PB and banana because I had to travel 3 hours to hand over a contract and then drive 3 hours back so I had two of these. 3196 calories 256g protein 236g carbs and 135 g fats.
    I think I might be getting the crappy feeling from the anadrol. During the day I kept just feeling like crap. Only lasted about 30 mins on and off during the day.

    I'm not in any great rush to get cut at the moment. If I can get some winstrol I might run that for the last 4-6 weeks but if I can't I'll probably do an 8 week cut start of November.

    Off day. Pinned 150mg sus300 and took one anadrol tablet. Today was an unplanned off day. Was supposed to hit back but I'm having serious trouble with mobility after legs two days ago. If I'm going to go through this after every week I take off I might not actually take another week off... Ever! Will make up the back session on thursday or Friday. Calories are a bit high for an off day but I didnt decide not to go until about 2pm. 2760 calories 298g protein 136g carbs 104g fats.

    Usually after about 2 sessions or even skipping one legs session, one has problems with his mobility, and it might make one think that he's not gonna take off days again but infact off days are good. I remember I used to hate off days, well I still do, but I now know that taking off days is also good for the body, it makes the body come again more strong.
    I know that u know all this, but just to remind u again that u WILL need REST week! :P U can't stay away from that

    Yeah true but I'm thinking instead of actually taking a week off like I do every 16 weeks or so I might just deload for a week and lift half of what I normally do. My next planned week off is the first week of pct in sept so I'll try deloading then and see if it helps. It's three days after my legs session and I'm still hobbling around.

    My shoulders were burning and my left delt was killing where I injected the other day. Stoked on the PR! Been stuck on 70s for quite a while! Had to have a spotter help me get them up but once they were up reps came easier than i thought! Calories were a bit all over the place today due to a three hour afternoon nap lol. Calories are at 3313. 261g protein 263g carbs 128g fats. No sides ad of yet. Been having some major pain at injection sites so I'm hoping that the more I do it the less pain I'll be in.

    Was a bit disappointed that I couldn't do deads. My legs are starting to feel better. Hopefully should be back to normal by tomorrow . The only sides I'm getting at the moment is the sh1t feeling from the anadrol. It's easily manageable atm. Calories will be 3036 for the day. Pro 320g carbs 213 fats 103.
    I forgot to mention thatch hammer grip chins + the 25lb is a PR. And it was easy. Might try a 45 lb plate for my first work set next time. Two PRs in two days!

    80-85kgs is good man. Mine was about a 65kg the last time I did t-bars I think it'll be upto 80kg for now but I'll need some practice with it thou, It's good, don't push it too much. Work the muscle...

    Man IMO t bar rows are my staple back thickness exercise. Excellent for mass gains! I'm hoping after this cycle I'll be up over 100kg! Well that's my goal anyways!

    Sh1t workout. Most of my lifts went down. Not impressed at all. Just had no endurance. After my first set I kinda had nothing left for the remaining sets on that exercise. Must have been one of those days. Calories are at 3381 315g protein 244g carbs and 113g fats.
    The only side I'm getting is my nuts are starting to shrink. I couldn't get HCG so that's just going to be something I have to deal with.
    I'm getting some injection site pain with every injection that's lasting about 4-5 days. I also have a lump with a red circle around it. I know it's not anything to worry about just thought I'd mention it.

    The last two days have been absolutely FOCKED in the gym. I've started dosing my anadrol tabs before the gym. Don't do this. Nothing else has changed other than that and i have been feeling light headed, headaches, dizziness , lethargic you name it I've had it the last two days. Going to go back to dosing first thing in the AM tomorrow before breakfast. Will post up workout etc later.

    My leg is killing me. My right quad is swollen as fock still and the red ring is very sensitive to touch. It still feels like injection pain so im not that fussed but it's been five days or so. I still had some doms from my last leg workout so that combined with my sore quad I took it easy.

    Going to dose my anadrol first thing in the am from now on out. Taking it before working out is not good. Lol diet was ok 3050 calories 330g protein 186g carbs 111g fats. Carbs probably a bit low for leg day but that's ok since I took it easier. No sides from the test yet and I'm hoping the dosing the anadrol in the am will fix the sides. Supposed to increase the dose tomorrow but I might hold off for a couple of days and are how I feel.

    Well dosing the anadrol in the am seems to have kept the sides I was getting at bay. Still getting slight headaches once my bp went up so I'm pretty sure they're blood pressure headaches. They arent that bad and are quite bearable.

    Plate 10 from 25 ( this is one of the old chain driven machines and it's quite sh1t)

    Straight arm pulldowns
    Plate 6 from 8 x 12 x 12 x 12 x 12 x 12 x 12 x 12 ( kept these light and did every rep slow just to get a big pump )

    Good workout overall but I'm going to drop the seated row. Stoked on the PR for deads! My goal is 405 for reps tho so I still have work to do. Pinned 150mg sus300 and took one anadrol tab. Will start dosing these at two per day starting tomorrow and see how it goes. The red circle on my leg has gotten bigger. I circled where it was last night and it's bigger now. On a positive tho the injection pain has gone down and the red ring has gotten a lot lighter in colour. I won't be doing quads again. I'll stick to glutes and delts.
    3125 calories 331g protein 192 g carbs and 101g fats. Probably need a few more carbs in my diet so I'll try and eat at least 250g carbs on workout days.
