Weighed yourself recently? Any large gains there?

Lift Hard, Love Long, and Live Happy
Arms grew one inch out to 17" cold
Deadlift up 50 pounds to 470
Squat up 90 pounds to 400
Weight up about 5 pounds, but noticeably leaner too
Legs are feeling stronger than post surgery/injury (I've had three ACLR surgeries)
Overall well being an confidence increased significantly.
Ordered tree more bottles and some XTren yesterday :-)
