  1. How many sets do you do per workout while on?


    Do you significantly increase the number of sets per workout while on?


  2. main lifts usually 3-5 sets of 3-5 reps

    accesorys vary usually 2-3 sets of 8-15

    training volume doesnt increaes for myself. less = more IME

    I have to stop myself and move on to the next exercise. when im on, im like a diesel engine, once I get warmed up, I can just keep going for the long haul.

  6. as many as my body willl allow, and then a few more after that. Seriously tho, I like to abuse drop sets/burn out sets to no end while ON.
