HCG

  1. HCG

My supplier is having a hard time finding HCG which has made me wonder how much experience anyone has with HCG by mail. I'm wondering since its not a controlled substance, only a RX, does it get a lot of scrutiny by customs or is it pretty much over looked like insulin?

If it requires a prescription, then it's controlled. Here in the states, it's controlled. Nothing coming into the States is overlooked. They may miss it but if they discover it, you will be notified. Take nothing for granted when dealing with controlled substances being sent via mail.

  3. It's controlled in most states, if not all. On casewatch in California, there's one that states
    (1) Health and Safety Code section 11056(f)(32) provides that Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG or HGH) is a Schedule III controlled substance. (2) Health and Safety Code section 11056(f)(30) provides that Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled substance.

  4. I think I mis-spoke when I said not controlled. You're correct in that its controlled as a prescription. What I meant was that it doesn't fall under the federal scheduling guidlines like AAS do. The case you cited Steveoph is California State Law, not federal. In California HCG would fall under state guidelines. I combed through the DEA's controlled substance list and could not find HCG under any catagory so I assume it falls under the violations for mailing a prescription substance which is still a no no.

I don't understand why the case refers to insulin as requiring a RX because with the exception of Humalog, it doesn't unless you live in Alaska.

What I was wondering is how uptight are they about HCG. For example, Viagra is a prescription substance, but I can't see anyone getting worked up over it. It seems like they would seize it and send you a letter but I can't imagine them prosecuting it. I may be way off though. I don't know anything about mail order.

  5. You know my local guy told me the same thing last week, it's hard to get and his prices are double than what I pay for it domestic or oversees.

I've always gone via mail. Never had any problems at all..

  6. If it's State-to-State, I wouldn't worry too much about it. It's when you import from a foreign country that it has to go through customs. Either way, just roll the dice. We all play the same game.

  7. Listen guys. Don't listen to people telling you it's hard to get in the states. Customs will take it but you can order from with in the us from research companies. Take some time and google research peptides and look at hormones. You will find it cheap. I don't bother looking overseas for something as simple as that. It's around you just need to look for it.

Ya i can get it domestic as well, but they get it from the same place as well...oversees.
All the HCG I have ever had was either from the EU, Holland or Russia.

Won't be holding my breath to see "USA" on my HCG.
