New to the forum! Feedback on diet please!

What's up guys. I'm new to the forum and I have to say it's nice to be some place where everybody else is as crazy as I am. Because let's face it,normal people don't eat every 2-3 hours or eat 4,000 cals a day.

I am 5'11'',I currently weigh 160 and I can not make the scale budge. I am getting ready to start a cycle and I was wondering if I could get some opinions on it.

First thing in the morning: ON Nitric Boost

30 Minutes later: 3/4 Cup Oatmeal w/ honey and pecans
    1 Orange
2 Whole Eggs and 10g Egg Whites
    Piece of toast with preserves

    Pre-workout: 25g Whey w/ 2g Taurine
    50g Maltodextrin
    1 Banana

    Immediately Post-workout: 10g Creatine Mono
    70g Waxy Maize
    10g BCAA's
(I wanted to get Vitargo but just mixing something similar is sooooo much cheaper.)

    30 Minutes Later: 40g Whey Shake w/
    60g Maltodextrin
    140g Blueberries
    8oz Skim Milk
    1 tablespoon natural pb

    2 hours later: Trio-plex bar

2 hours Later: Whole food meal such as:
    6oz chicken
    3oz whole grain pasta
    veggies
    olive oil and walnuts

    Right before bed: ZMK

I have been drinking a casein based shake before bed with peanut butter and an apple and another protein shake with water in the middle of the night but the quality of sleep I have been getting lately just sucks. Hopefully the ZMK will give me the sleep I need. I'm also abandoning the middle of the night too. Thanks for the feedback.

I would definately say ditch that bar and eat a meal instead. Protein bars are great if your in a pinch. Take away the shakes and supplements and your only eating two real meals everyday?

Yea,I know it sucks. I'm a server so it's very hard to eat while on the job. Shakes and protein bars just don't seem to satisfy like real food. Thanks for the reply

Like Timmo said, definitely try to eat more whole foods, its a pain in the a** but doing up a few proper meals for work the next day can make a big difference.

Try adding actual oats to your shakes instead of the malto/wms/etc

Powder them in a coffee grinder... much more satisfying.

Good advice I use to do the same thing.....

You said lets face it normal people don't have time to do all of the above. Thats why their "normal" and have normal bodies. But you don't want to look normal, so your gonna have to do abnormal things to get that look. Right? So it your only gonna be able to eat 4 times aday I made some adjustments to your diet.

First thing in the morning: ON Nitric Boost

30 Minutes later: 3/4 Cup Oatmeal w/ honey and pecans
3 Whole Eggs and 10g Egg Whites
    Piece of toast with preserves

    Pre-workout: 45 - 50g Whey w/ 2g Taurine
    50g Maltodextrin
    1 Banana

Intra workout 1 scoop whey, 16 oz 100% grape juice

    Immediately Post-workout: 10g Creatine Mono
    70g Waxy Maize
    10g BCAA's
(I wanted to get Vitargo but just mixing something similar is sooooo much cheaper.)

    veggies
    olive oil and walnuts

    Right before bed: ZMK

All the adjustment I made are in RED. Let me know what ya think.

I appreciate the advice. Thanks for the adjustments Genetic. I'm defiantly going to try the oatmeal instead of the maltodextrin. I really like that idea!

I am a little uneasy about a midworkout shake but I think I'll try it. I usually just feel so full when I start working out. I used to drink Cytomax with some EAA's during my workout. Since I stopped doing that I have pretty much felt like crap after my workout until I down my PW shake. I'm pretty sure that is the reason. I just didn't think I needed that many carbs since I was eating a big breakfast and a meal 30 min before working out,but like you said,I don't want to be normal. SO I have to do some abnormal stuff. Thanks again guys.

The grape juice is real thin, and flows easy. I never your cyto max so I don't know it's consistency.
