  8. How do you prep your meals? Do you make huge amounts of stuff so you can divvy it up in the mornings or do you have time to actually cook throughout the day? I'm also in school and find it very difficult to make time for any level of preparation.

  10. I know, and it only gets harder to have any sort of preparation. It sucks! I love VPX Zero Impact bars. Their cost adds up, but they really help in a pinch. Plus their nutrient profile is unbelievable.

    I will usually cook 2 or 3 pounds of beef at a time. Steam the veggies in water for 4 mins in the mic. Use egg beaters and egg's for the morning.

    It sucks, i have 0 time but i need to make it work...
