Care to further break down the macros of each food? I'm finding it hard to see you getting 30g of protein from 3 whole eggs and a "piece" of cheese.

Romaine lettuce is coming in on my next meal, and veggies on my mid afternoon meal

<EDIT> - Its more than romaine, its a small salad with fat free italian dressing, usually eat it with tuna but probably chicken today

Ah, I always forget the ruddy milk protein. I've done the P/C-P/F thing before and liked it but I found it requires quite a lot of meals if you want to get in enough calories, otherwise it's not bad.

I'm with ya bro, im fighting to be above 2500 calories the last couple days, which ill be happy with that for now as i havent had a solid diet in... well ever... so it makes me happy to know im getting halfway decent food into my body and getting within at least a small range of my goal, i'd like to be up around 2900 cals, yesterday was my first day of dieting and i hit 2800 cals but that was only because of my poor mans PWO drink of chocolate milk, that was 500 cals by itself before i added the protein powder

(what kind of bike is that you have? i have a 06 CBR600RR)

'03 ZRX-1200R mate. Thing about when I did P/C-P/F that I was eating pretty much the same amount of carbs as I do now but way more fats and protein, gotta say I recomped quite nicely with it but it did take me a week or two to manage 8 meals a day.

You should be able to hit 2900kcal without much of a problem, if you want folk to better help you fine tune your diet you're going to have to post up your current weight, bodyfat % and goal.

pft if hes not bigger than you just crack out the blender and use it!

If hes bigger than you just start waking him up with a punch to the face, sure he may beat you down, but just keep doing it, hows he going to defend himself if hes sleeping? He'll soon see sense and prefer to be woken up by a blender over a punch to the face

Also chuck some fruits in ya shakes too!! yummy!
