| Registered User | how to make up for a cheat meal I got up late this morning, got ready for work and ran into the kitchen to find my lunch. Normally I pack precooked chicken to reheat and 3 bananas, 1 apple, 1 bag of carrots. And I eat that through the course of the day but...today when I went out there.. We were out of everything. The only food left in the house was a box of hot pockets.... So now I have to reluctantly eat these things that used to be a food I binged on back in the day. My question is... because Im stuck eating this and getting an extra 300 cals from fat... How can I compensate for eating this carb and fat dense lunch. I will be hitting the gym tonight. Should I be getting some extra cardio in to make up for it... or adjust tonights meals accordingly... Any thoughts are welcome! I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @$$... and I'm all out of bubblegum. Penn State Pride! Want some? Get some! At the end of the day the only thing I have to face is the mirror |

| Muscle Pharm Rep | If this is a once and a great while thing just forget you even did it and continue your day as you normally would. As long as you follow your diet 90% of the time you will get your desired results. So with this logic if you eat 6 times a day 7 days a week you get 42 meals total and 90% of that come to just under 38 meals a week that have to be spot on. Now Im not saying straight up binge for those 4 alloted meals but if you miss a meal that counts or if you eat a heavy meal like this that counts. If you really want to counteract the meal just walk a little more today and maybe do a full body workout tonight or some heavy work on your legs. If you can stop at a gas station and grab some fiberous carbs like an apple to eat before the meal. ****MusclePharm**** What's In Your Arsenal? Forums Now Open!
