    Question effects of alcohol on muscle?


    i have herd from a few different people that alcohal realy disrupts muscle growth is this entirely true? what does alcohal do when trying to gain mass?

    It causes the brain to deteriorate and the first thing to go is spelling

    Seems like Ill have a hell of a weekend and drink a ton, then go in and set pr's on monday. Maybe its the excess calories and the water bloat.
