Raisins

  1. Raisins


    I'm going start eating raisins to get the Potassium to lower my blood pressure.

    Does anyone have anything bad to say about Raisins,:bruce1: besides its high sugar content?



  2. Aren't bananas a better source of potassium? You will also benefit from getting more magnesium

  3. Raisins are great. Perfect time to eat them is post workout for a nice insulin spike and glycogen replenishment. I love raisins!

    Yeah, I had read the interesting facts bananas in this forum, but I prefer raisins.
