water- drink it right after my meal?
Allright so i've always drank my water, about 32 fl. oz. 5-6x a day after my meals. A close friend has recently told me that i shouldn't drink my water, from 30min before my meal to 1 hr after my meal. He said that i'm actually interupting my digestion process. What do you guys think? Is there any research to show that?

Yes, water interupts the digestive enzymes responsible for breaking down your food. Drink milk instead after or during a meal.

milk is an antacid, so that would be even worse.
try to limit it to ~8oz of water at each meal, as water is necessary for absorption of certain nutrients. it's not really that big of a deal.

I digest much better when taking water with meals. If it is a worry just add digestive enzymes(they are cheap)

I get dehydrated after eating and continue to drink lots of water afterwards to make up for it. I think staying hydrated is your best bet.

This reminds me of a "Should I sleep without covers on, since shivering creates heat, therefore more calories burned" thread I saw on another board years ago.

That's how I do my cardio. I just crank up the AC and sleep with no covers. Much easier than running!
