    A simple french toast

Simply wheat bread dipped in egg whites, cinnamon/nutmeg, and skim milk (skillet cooked, no added fat). Served with sugar free syrup.

Good, decent or bad for breakfast?
I know it's not the idea breakfast, but will it hurt? Especially since I had a huge cheat meal yesterday?

    I'm cutting, by the way.

Sounds good to me. Not something I would eat daily cause I love my oats, but won't hurt ya from time to time.

I eat this minus the skim milk quite often. I'm lucky and have access to whole wheat bread sweetened only with sucralose. If you using whole wheat bread thats not full of sugar I cant see how this can be anything other then good

    Good to hear.

Had it this morning without the f-f/skim milk (was out)

    100% wheat bread- 2g's sugar I think.
