Can't figure it out...

I don't know what is up w/ me lately, but I just can't seem to consistantly eat clean right now. I still get enough protein, but I find myself crabing junk food all the time right now. The only thing that I can think of is that I have not been getting enough sleep lately and maybe there is a correlation b/c I notice that when I am a lacking rest I tend to want lots of fatty foods and ice cream. Or maybe it's b/c I was cutting for about 3 months and I have given allowed myself to be a little more leniant w/ my diet.

I'd say it's the cut. Long periods of strict dieting can have that type of psychological effect on you.

I am hoping that is what it is. I have to start up again in January to make weight for my fight and I hope I get all of this out. Usually the holidays help to end the gorging.
