    Food Network show: Good Eats

This has been a long standing favorite of mine. Mostly because Alton Brown addresses nutrition of the food like a highschool bio/chem class.

Just watched "Power Trip" where he disected three common comercial foods that come in "bar" form and re-formulated with nutrition and home preperation in mind. Check out the three bars form the show I posted in recipes.
The show will re-run next Tuesday at 10:00CMT.

Good Eats is a great show, and the nutrition bars would be very cool to hear him get into in his unique style.

Its another of my favorites, but Mark Summers is such a tool. Anybody remember him on Double Dare in Nickalodeon?

Nope, cartoon network is as kiddie as I get these days. I get teased at work, but I think Adult Swim is some of the most intelligently written, multi-layered entertainment in all media. Then there is HomeStar Runner...
