Counting Macro's. Do you ever take a break?

Anyone here ever take a break from counting macro's? Just curious.

As much as I feel it is important, I really can't see myself in 20 years logging into an app on my phone and entering all my meals. I've been doing this for 5 years already lol.

There are coincidently 4 Marco’s at my workplace, I tend to count them as they walk into the lunch room, but take a day off every meow and then
