Straight to the point. I’m bulking right now so I get around 3,500 cal and eat or drink a gainer during my workouts most of the time because my sessions are long.
Most days 185-200g protein, 350-400g carbs, 100-125g fat usually all from clean foods although sometimes my days go by a little faster than I’d like so I end up cramming in a dirty meal for dinner (like today, I grabbed some Popeyes chicken to get a quick 1,300 calories). Anyways, what’s your macros look like?
