Taking lemons and making lemonade. I like it, haha.

I train fasted most days, and I have an intra shake with 40-50g of carbs. On days that I do eat, it's usually 3-4 rice cakes and 25g of whey

Yessir, first thing in the morning at 4:30am. It took some getting used to, but now I enjoy it.

I typically use gatorade powder or SizeOn. Nothing special, but I've found sugar during my training to help me with endurance and recovery

    I follow a similar protocol.

I used 21 grams of gatorade powder, which comes out to be 20 grams of carbs. I do not train fasted though. If you do, maybe try 30 grams or so. I also use Intramax, or another intra product, and mix it with my gatorade.

Some do not like gatorade because it bloats them and that is not ideal when working out. If that does happen, I would suggest using Gaspari Glycofuse, which is HBCD. It is more expensive, but I will use that as well from time to time.

in terms of post workout, eat or drink what you want. Get some carbs and protein in, shake or whole foods, and you are good to go.
