I'm not sure if I posted this in the correct sub-forum.

Just curious what I should be wary of?
Just did my blood pressure 105/59
I'm constantly getting low reading, HR normally 44-50.

Im going to go to the Drs, but I couldn't find any threads on the issue.

Should I be trying to raise it? I'm mid 30s.

Thanks

If you're very athletic/lean this really isn't all that strange. It's low for sure, but I would not consider it "dangerously low". The better shape you are in, the lower your HR typically is as your body is simply more efficient

Fair enough
I'm 96KG, fairly lean.

Just wasn't sure, if long term it's great.
Especially after reading about it, low blood flow to organs etc

low pressure does not necessarily mean low blood flow... if you have clear veins/arteries the pressure will belower anyways but the flow would actually be better... think of a garden hose... skinner will have higher pressure but doesnt mean more water comes out

Yeah,

I just always feel tired, no reason.

I thought it may have something to do with it.

I'll just see the Dr incase, but I'm not too worried.

Thanks ?

Def worth hearing from a medical professional perspective for sure. These things can be nothing but sometimes can have other effects or be effected by something else that is problematic.
