Decongestant that won't raise BP much and that won't hurt the prostate?

Does any exist, or am I doomed to no be able to breathe? I am using Azelastine, but it dries my nose up so much, I might as well not use it. I have tried flunase and get headaches with it not working, nasonex simply doesn't work, Nasacort works great but spikes my blood pressure. I was thinking of trying sudafed, but appearance that enlarges your prostate and I already have prostate issues. I was thinking of trying rhinocort, but I read that can cause ED. I don't know how true that is, but at this point I feel like I should be walking around with an oxygen tank.

I am not sure man, I will say I have had to use a decongestant pretty much everyday for as long as I can remmber, my blood pressure would go up to 140s etc, made me feel tired etc. I cut out gluten from my diet and since then I can get by wit either none or just regular allergy medicine, night and day difference for me, but I don’t know of any that work differently in that they won’t effect BP.
