I wouldn’t calculate grams of fat. I’d start with 1.5g protein per lb bw (personal preference, doesn’t NEED to be that high but I find it easier - as low as 1g per lb would also work).

This exactly calculate maintenance cals then go 500 below maintenance then add in cals of protein intake at 1.5g/lb of bw then whatever you have left divide it by 9cals which is 1g of fat (pretty sure don’t quote me) that’ll give you your fat intake.
