Soon I will hit the gym and start exercising but I know that doing exercises is not enough. Creating the diet plan is important too I guess. What should I pay attention to when creating my diet plan?
My weight is 70 kg and my height is 6 feet. I haven't got any experince in body building but I have been running for 3 years. I don't know my exact body fat percentage but I can say that I am a thin guy with small percentage of fat.
So I'm guessing you're trying to add muscle? First you'll need to determine your Basic Metabolic Rate and then find your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Use that information to determine your calorie requirements. Then just set your macros to fit your goals. Easy peasy.
