Hey fellas. Wondering if anyone has any experience with carb intake affecting aromatase activity? I know bodybuilders used to avoid carbs before ai's were used as a natural way to curb bloat, water retention while on cycle, etc. I'm on self prescribed "trt" 200 mg per week, trying to dial in my e2. (don't preach, my doctors are all ass-hats so I had to go it alone)
When I'm on a targeted keto diet, and a whole 25 mg exemestane E2 is at 10(lab-corp)
When I'm on a typical 40% carb bodybuilding diet, and Half an exemestane(12.5mg) e2 is 35.
My real question is: How much does carb intake really effect E2? Anyone got any info for me?
