    Hey I just wanted to reach out to anyone who would be interested in following along on my YouTube series. Basically what I'm trying to do is raise my daily intake requirements from 3k-4K without gaining any weight. On top of that I'm going to try and eat as many different foods as possible to show you can do this with any of the foods you like.
