Deployment and food

Hey everyone

Haven't been on the app in a couple months. I'm about to deploy for 7 months near Yemen. Going to set up an auto order thru Amazon. Any suggestions on what to get that won't be crushed or melted by the time it gets to the ship?

Nuts (not sure about nut butters as the jar may break, look for a plastic jar)
