Hey.

I have posted in supplements board a topic that says I need non hormonal xit for growth and stuff like this and all of the replies insisted that I'd better stick to foods as I am 18 years old, 6"1 and weighs 71KG.

So, they actually changed my mind and I'm gonna stick with food. Can you suggest me a lean bulking plan with less fat, bulking while getting shredded I believe (And is that even possible?). Also, if there is one, how much size I would put by the end of 2017?

Thanks.

If you're 18 it would be the right move to stick to a good training and nutrition program for now. A few natural supplements might be beneficial, but at 18 you shouldn't need anything excessive.

Bulking and getting shredded are two very different goals that both require two different diet strategies. I would suggest choosing one goal and commit to it for 3-4 months. Bulking and adding muscle to your frame requires you to eat more calories than you burn each day. To put it simply - calorie surplus + proper (intense) weight training = muscle gain.

To lose body fat and "get shredded" you will need to eat less calories than you burn each day. This will force your body to use stored energy (body fat) to fuel your workouts and daily functions which will result in weight/fat loss.

Trying to do both at the same time will often result in slow or minimal progress. What are you current stats (age, weight, height, experience, etc.)? How long have you been lifting for? What is currently more important to you (adding muscle or losing weight)?

Eat in a caloric surplus, meaning eating more kcals than you need to maintain in order to gain muscle, size, and strength.
