So I can't be the only one with this dilemma. I love to lift and I love to brew my homebrew as hoppy as I can get it. Problem is these aren't exactly complimentary activities so i wanted to experiment with creating some form of hoppy brew that is better to support both activities. I've already started cutting way back on alcohol %to session brew strength. Who else had this same issue and what have you done? I've heard rumors about high protein beers and also trying a gruit, thoughts, ideas?
