So I am scheduled to start prolotherapy in my right knee next week.
Just seeing if anyone has had this done before. Where did you get the shots and how were your results?
Do you think this could make my knee pain/injury worse?
It will be in my right knee. Had an MRI done and have gone through a lot of PT/rest/etc. Still hurts. I have tendinosis and some scar tissue. Nothing torn (thankfully).
Any feedback appreciated.
