So ill be heading in for shoulder surgery very soon. Im looking at about 6 months no real weights. I had almost identical surgery in left shhoulder (i was lucky enough to be born with type 3 acromiom bilaterally). Back then i was more into heavy weights and didnt care if i were walking around at 18% bf. Now though i never venture far from 10% and 8ish in summer months. Last recovery i did tons of moderate cardio, legs and one side training and plan to repeat this time.

Only difference im more concerned with bf gain this time around.

I was thinking ckd 6on 1off or 5-2. Or simply just play with total cals. Any and all info appreciated.

Supps during down time- trt dose, gh 3iu/day, bpc157 700mcg/day with typical cycle rotation, cissus, fish oil and joyful joints

I wouldn't over think it. You should be getting in lots and lots of nutrients (duh- you know this) and maintain a balanced diet. Depending on your maintenance calories, maybe just keep a 250-300 deficit and see how you're doing in a month or two.
