Looking for ideas to make mine a bit healthier and/or tastier. Share yours!
Current recipe:
3 whole large carrots
2 handfuls of kale/spinach/chard blend
1 medium green apple
3-4 chunks of Pineapple
1 handful frozen blueberries
Half handful of blackberries or raspberries
2 thirds cup of Greek yogurt
Couple spoonfuls of Chia seeds
3 oz coconut water
3 oz high pulp natural orange juice
Splash of apple cider vinegar
Tastes pretty damn good but looking for other ideas, particularly veggies that would mix in well. Share away!
