Keeping track of diet ideas

What's up have been working out for a solid 3 months now my gains are amazing with no real diet just avoid sugar foods Candy juice ect and try and keep it clean eating even when I try and bulk up but I was wondering what you guys use to track your diet that helps to bulk and cut if you use apps or what ever and how it worked out for you thanks.

MyFitnessPal. Some dudes I know use FatSecret but u don't think it's very friendly

MyFitnessPal all the way.. I use the app on my phone, easy to add foods by searching them, or scanning the barcodes.

Don't track calories, track your macros... To find out your macros do a search WAMM (what are my macros).
Also don't use MyFitnessPal as your calculator to determine your calories or macros because it's usually quite inaccurate.
