Nutraplanet Order

Hey guys

I placed an order (#NP543399) on March 9 2016. The status of the order in my nutraplanet account says 'completed' but I haven't yet received an email confirming my purchase or whether it has been shipped or not. With previous purchases I remember receiving an email either the same day or the day after. Has anyone tell me if this is normal?
