Calorie Confusion?!?

I guys getting kinda confused and over thinking my calories?!
My tdee is around 2500-600
Im currently taking in 1900-2000 calories per day, 500 cal deficit, but im.also burning 3-500 per day 5x per week 4 x weight sessions with hitt cardio between sets etc and then 1x cardio session per week..

Should I be eating back these calories as its causing a big deficit, im 165lbs 10 -11 % bf wanting to get to 8%

Am I taking in too little calories? Havnt had a drop in strength yet, but just curios as I dont want to risk loosing any muscle. Protein intake stays consistent 180 g
