Are you serious with this ****? 1200 cals a day during prep and 1800 offseason. How the **** do they build Muscle?

Well drugs is one way. If a female is on drugs and she's eating SOME protein she's going to put on muscle.

Just plugging Jessica Arevalo's stats into a calculator using Mifflin-St. Jeor "Every Day", you get a BMR of 1158, Recco Fat Loss of 1518, and Maint. of 1897.

The stats were Age 28, 5' 1", 108lbs. Not too far off.

Guess it depends on who the Pro is. It'd be interesting to see what the ladies in the 172cm + Division are eating (minus drugs).
