Looking for any advice I can get on my macros. I'm 5'9" and I weigh about 177 and looking for a lean bulk. I have some body fat but I've stayed decently cut over the last few months and I think it's time to put on some size. Any advice would be awesome.

Protein - 235g
Carbs - 258g
Fat - 62g

Looks fine. Might want to try with lower protein, slightly higher fat and then the rest of the kcal carbs, but what you have is fine

I would drop the protein a bit too, tends to be easier on your wallet and you're getting more than enough, while in a caloric surplus as you are here in a lean bulk.

Add it wherever you prefer it between carbs/fat and train like hell ;)

Drop at least 50g, still a touch over 1g/lb.

It could go even lower, but I'm assuming you're a protein fan lol

180-200 protein, IMO.
