Do any of you guys that lift early in the morning do anything to enhance your hydration levels? After 8 hours of sleep, I tend to wake up pretty flat. I've tried 32 oz of water. This helps some but I'm considering adding in some sea salt and nosalt (K+) to enhance hydration. Has anyone tried this? Thanks

I'll usually drink 32-40 ounces of water pre workout when training first thing in the morning fasted. ever added salt, never had any cramping issues or lack of a pump.

I usually grab some BCAAs when I am training no matter what time. I feel that they hydrate me enough and give me that little extra PUSH I need in the gym

So pre workout while I am driving to the gym and then some BCAAs (maybe 2 scoops with some extra water) to help the hydration first thing in the am
