What bodyfat % do you stay at unless you are competing?

We all know the lower the bodyfat you are the better when you step on stage.

But during times of the year that you are not competing, say the offseason, what bodyfat % do you prefer to be at?

I'd prefer to not get over 10% in the off season. Around there or below is where it's easiest for me to add LBM without too much fat. If I start getting to a point where I feel I should tighten up, I'll incorporate a mini diet before continuing to add weight. Prep will be hell either way, but it's better when you don't need to spend half the year trying to get lean enough for the stage.

I've never been below 10-11% (currently trying) but I like to stay 12-15%. I am stupid strong when I finish out a bulk around 15% and I look pretty good around 11-12% so I'm happy with that range. I am trying to get lower just to see what I look like though

My goal is always 12% but I tend to creep up towards 14% all the time rather easy.
