Hey guys just wondering, since I'm eating chicken thighs and counting my macros will I still have to add healthy fats in my meal such as nuts/avocados? Or are fats from meat considered to be healthy fats?

Depends on the meat. I definitely do not consider chicken fats to be good fat. Grass fed beef and wild-caught fish both will provide you with some excellent fats, as well as free range eggs. Honestly, you can probably reach your physique goals without adding healthy fats to your diet. By it is not ideal imo. Adding some good fats will help support hormone levels, regulate insulin, positively impact your blood lipid profile, and provide specific, fat soluble vitamins that you would be missing our on without those fats.

My short list of very good fats:

coconut oil
extra virgin olive oil
pasture butter
red palm oil
avocado
almonds
walnuts
