maybe it was true during my college career working at the gym
everyone would walk across from the gym to the dining hall and get chic-fil-a

maybe we have always been doing it wrong
or they would go outside and smoke after doing 20 minutes of cardio :)

I think you mean about 50 times per day.

I hate it because it gives those people that take IIFYM to the extreme some more ammunition. And those people give IIFYM a bad name IMO.

Those post kill me. That's what happens when you take it to the extreme and don't have a plan.
