Had a knee injury for a while but have been working around it with Leg Presses and Sumo Deadlifts.
I decided to cycle on the stationary bike for 5 minutes yesterday and it didn't feel right for the rest of the day. Normally doing this is part of my recovery process but not this time.
Today the pain is much worse. Under my knee and a little to the outside is where i feel it.
Doesn't hurt while i'm walking or even going up and down stairs doesn't seem to really bother me. It's mainly when i'm sitting down and if i lift my leg off the ground even a little bit and then go to place my foot somewhere else. I hope that made sense.
And also doing the cycling motion so i'm thinking that was definitely the culprit.
If anyone is familiar with this type of injury and where i should begin to fix it i would be very happy. I hate injuries and i'm usually in a bad mood til they're gone.
