Did 1.5 hours combat cardio yesterday. Killed it and workout shoes are still wet with sweat. Ate under my number yesterday. Awoke at 6am craving meat. Cooked a 1lb roast beef in the broiler and ate it with some french bread.
Crazy or what? Then went out 2 hrs later and did 1hr CF stuff.
I have been taking it easy the past 4 weeks due to an AC injury and only doing cardio. Eating less as well as running does not stimulate my appetite. Down to 165lbs.
Is this normal to have a crazy meat craving the day after a hard workout?
