So I don't count macros but I usually have a rough idea of what I'm eating... I'm lean bulking/recomping at the moment and I do IF so this meal breaks an 18 hour fast

I just finished a vertical pull and bi workout

Wide grip Pull-ups
12,10,10 with partial reps to finish each set

Wide grip pulldowns
12x100, 10x120, 8x120

Underhand grip pulldowns
12x110, 12x120, 10x130

Rope pull downs (elbows wide at bottom, squeezing shoulder blades)
3 sets of 15 with focus on contraction weight not important

BB curls
80x8, 90x5, 90x5

Machine preacher curls
35lbsx 15, 40x12, 40x10, 50x8

Standing db curls
35x4, 35x4 drop set 30x2, 20x4

Concentration curls
1 set of 15x15lbs

I cut out a few sets of bis at the end bc my pump was so nice and I didnt wanna over work it!

Post workout nutrition:
1 scoop recoverpro+2g taurine
And this below

Egg white western omelette with chicken instead of ham, no cheese. Potatoes, wheat toast crust only

3 rolls brown rice. Two spicy Tuna, 1 Cali roll.

And one small sized pure protein bar.
25g carbs, 3.5g fat, 23g protein

Thoughts on macros/workout?

It sucks when your trying to keep track and you don't know the exact carbs protein fat calories etc. haha. I think of the back of the recipe wherever you order should the nutrition label.
