More cardio, or less calories when not training?

I'm currently at maintenance calories. I take in about 2,600 calories a day and I do 30-40 minutes low impact cardio. I'm taking about 6 days off from training to let my elbow and knee heal. Should I reduce calories by alittle, say 200 calories, or increase cardio while I'm not training?

Stay in a calorie surplus. If you have a hurt knee and elbow and are worried about 1 week please re evaluate the way you think. If your elbow and knees are broke then you can't lift anyway!

Rest, relax and let them baby's heal!

I also heard sour patch kids are great for wound healing. Anabolic as hell! For me atleast buhahaha!
