I'm a men of 27 years old, 177cm x 78kg, bf 11-12%. The my question is the following: can I use this kind of diet in a bulk period? I think to do something like that:
-Monday:2.5-2.7gr/kg of proteins, 1gr/kg of fats, 40gr of chos in the post wo
-Tuesday:2.5-2.7gr/kg of proteins, 1gr/kg of fats, 40gr of chos in the post wo
-Wednesday:10gr/kg of chos, residual fats, 2gr/kg of proteins + rest
-Thursday:2.5-2.7gr/kg of proteins, 1gr/kg of fats, 40gr of chos in the post wo
-Friday:2.5-2.7gr/kg of proteins, 1gr/kg of fats, 40gr of chos in the post wo
-Saturday:2.5-2.7gr/kg of proteins, 1gr/kg of fats, 40gr of chos in the post wo
-Sunday:10gr/kg of chos, residual fats, 2gr/kg of proteins + rest
